Description
Comté Rivoire & Jacquemin — a hard French cow’s milk cheese from the Jura region, made from raw milk. During its 8-month aging process, it develops a dense texture and a mild flavor with nutty notes and a light floral aroma.
The cheese is ideal for a cheese board and is also widely used in cooking. It pairs well with dry white wines Chardonnay, Savagnin, Vin Jaune, Meursault, light red Pinot Noir, or dry Champagne.
