Description
Buchette aux Fleurs is an exquisite goat cheese in the shape of a small log, created by the masters of the famous French creamery Jacquin, which has preserved the traditions of the Loire Valley since 1947.
The standout feature of this cheese is its magnificent rind, generously decorated with dried wildflower petals: cornflowers, roses, and marigolds. Made from pasteurized goat’s milk, the cheese has a snow-white, delicate, and slightly crumbly texture.
Its flavour is clean, fresh, and subtle, with gentle herbal notes harmoniously complemented by a light floral aroma. Thanks to its elegant appearance, Buchette aux Fleurs will be the highlight of any cheese board and a wonderful gift.
It pairs perfectly with light white wines such as Sancerre or Sauvignon Blanc, as well as fresh fruit and honey
