Description
Raclette Livradois is a French Alpine cheese with a washed rind, made from pasteurized cow’s milk. It has a soft, elastic texture and a distinctive creamy flavour with subtle nutty and spicy notes. When heated, it melts evenly and becomes especially soft and creamy.
The cheese is already cut into individual portions and ready to use in a raclette grill. Traditionally, it is served with boiled potatoes, cornichons, pickled onions and cured meats. It pairs well with dry white wines, especially wines from the Alps and Jura, as well as dry cider.
