Mimolette Extra Old- an iconic French hard cheese crafted by the renowned Isigny Sainte-Mère dairy in Normandy.
Aged for 18 months, this cheese features a distinctive vibrant orange color and a firm, slightly brittle texture. It offers a deeply complex, rich flavor profile filled with notes of toasted nuts, caramel, and a pleasant savory kick.
Pairs exceptionally well with aged red wines (such as Bordeaux) or rich dark ales, as well as fig bread, walnuts.
