DELIVERY AND RETURNS

1. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 2-3 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are processed the same day. In some cases (e.g., high order volume, limited product availability, promotions), order processing may take slightly longer, but we strive to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Izi Pizi Courier Delivery

Izi Pizi Express Delivery

Same-day express delivery is available on business days until 18:00 for orders placed before 11:00:

• Riga: €9.08 (Zone 0), €10.89 (Zone 1),
• Riga district (Zone 2): €15.13

Izi Pizi Parcel Lockers

• Riga - Delivery fee: €3.90

Delivery of products and storage in IziPizi parcel terminals are ensured in compliance with temperature conditions (+2 … +6 °C)

3. Packaging

Cheeses are carefully wrapped in special cheese paper. Orders are packed in recyclable cardboard boxes and - depending on the weather - insulated foil bags, ice packs, ensuring proper temperature maintenance throughout transportation.

4. Returns

• Non-perishable goods may be returned within 14 days if unused and in their original packaging.
• Perishable goods (including cheese and other fresh food products) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective, in accordance with Section 12(6) of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia.
• If a damaged or incorrect product is received, the Buyer must contact the Seller within 24 hours.
